Cold Brew con Mason Jar

This is a classic method. You’ll need a mason jar with a lid to get started.

Los Ingredientes:

  • 1 cup of any ground coffee, but we suggest the Tradicional blend
  • 4 cups filtered water

Las Instrucciones:

  • Mix coffee grounds and water in the mason jar.
  • Stir gently and thoroughly to saturate all your coffee grounds.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate for 12-24 hours (this is the cold brewing part!).
  • Strain through with a fine mesh, a cheesecloth or a coffee filter.
  • Pour your strained café over ice and add milk or sweetener if you want.

  • 2 cups water

Las Instrucciones:

  • Fill your bags with coffee until you’ve used a ½ cup of ground coffee.
  • Place the bags in a pitcher, jar or container filled with water.
  • Refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
  • Take out the bags (there’s no need to strain with this method!).
