The Freshest Frappé

One of the perks of long, hot holiday weekends is the chance to relax and wind down with all sorts of treats with friends and family. This Frappé recipe is easy, simple, and super fresh- ready for you to take to the BBQ, cookout, or to the back porch. This recipe is easily customized to your preferences. Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ½ cup of brewed Sello Rojo Espresso
- 1 cup of any milk that you choose (Oat, Whole, Skim, etc).
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Any drizzle or garnish of your choice (Chocolate syrup, Caramel Syrup, Cocoa Powder, Chocolate chips, etc).
Instructions:
- Brew a ½ cup of Sello Rojo Espresso or a ½ of any coffee you have on hand.
- Mix the ice cubes, cooled espresso, milk, and sugar together in your blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Test and taste the frappé. Check to see if more sugar is needed, or a ½ tablespoon of any garnish you’d like. Blend again briefly to mix.
- Pour your fresh frappé into a tall glass.
- Optional Toppings: Top with whipped cream or a ½ tablespoon of any syrup you’d like.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your simple fresh frappé!
