Overview
Tinto is Traditional Colombian Black Coffee, and it is an integral part of the daily routine for many Colombians. It is consumed throughout the day and is often associated with breaks and relaxation. In Colombia it is customary to welcome visitors by serving them a cup of tinto, which signifies hospitality, friendship, and a shared moment of connection.

INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Boil the water in a small pot or kettle.
2.
Add the ground Tradicional coffee to a olleta pitcher or container.
3.
Pour the boiling water over the coffee and let steep for about 4-5 minutes.

Place the coffee filter or strainer over a cup or mug and slowly pour the coffee mixture into the filter. Then remove the coffee filter and discard or compost the grounds.
5.
Serve the Tinto hot. You can add sugar or milk according to your taste.
